Welcome to This Week’s You Are Destined for Greatness

Welcome to this week's You are Destined For Greatness. You know, you are destined for greatness. If you took your time to be here with me today, if you're listening to this video, I'm going to assume that you see yourself as more. You want more. You want to achieve more, have more, do more, experience more in this lifetime, whatever it is, whether it has to do with losing weight, whether it has to do with an addiction, whether it has to do with the kind of career and money you want, the relationships you want, whatever it is you want. You are, you have the desire for more, for improvement, for progression, for development, for evolution, for yourself. I'm right there with you.

Here's the thing.

I Go Right to the Foundation

I go right to the foundation. A lot of us want a system. We want to be able to have a system that says, do this, do this, do this, and you'll have what you want. You'll close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Just follow the system and you'll get there. The thing of itis, a lot of times we follow the system, we're not getting there. We just feel stuck. We're not making it happen. We're not getting our goal at the rate speed we want, or we've just given up on some of our goals, or we're just not there yet.

Okay, and maybe we'll never get there, but the way to speed this up and get your goal, and to be able to have more of what you want, is to go to the foundation. We go to the foundation.

The Foundation of All Behavior

The next few series is the foundation of all behavior, which I talk a lot about, as you know, and that is what you believe to be true about you, because your brain has provided you beliefs that you were holding onto.

Now, this isn't for somebody, for those of you out there, or those of us, that have a problem with this. This is for everyone, okay? Because there's three things that our brain has made meaning and given us beliefs about subconsciously. And those three things have provided us, between these three things in our brain, they provide us beliefs that may be limiting our progress.

So we want to go right to the foundation, and we're going to look at belief creation and intention, and it starts with awareness.

To Begin Number One Spend Time and Take Time

So I need to do three things, okay, to begin. Number one, spend time and take time and think about the things that you've done in your past that don't feel good. What I mean is the things that you regret, the things that you feel guilt for, the things that you feel ashamed of that you've done in your lifetime. Just uncomfortable as it may be, think about those things, okay. And I want you to think about what you've made them mean about you. What have you made any of those things mean about you? And how does that feel?

The Next Thing Is Things That You Haven't Done

The next thing is, things that you haven't done. Think about all the things that you haven't done that don't feel good, okay? And now I want you to think about what you make that mean about you. What does that mean about you with the person that you didn't do that thing? I want you to write it down, and I want you to think about how that makes you feel.

The Third Thing Is Things That Have Been Done to You

The third thing is, is things that have been done to you. Now, this could be anything. It could be from a traumatic experience. It could be from as traumatic as some type of abuse or something like that, down to something, just somebody said something, okay? Things that have been done to you, what have you experienced in the world that doesn't feel good, and what have you made that mean about you?

So I want you write that down. I want you to think about how that makes you feel, okay? The things that come to you first may be at the top of the list of the things that are not helping you get to your goal.

The First Thing Is to Uncover Them

The first thing is to uncover them, to see them for what they are, to question them, to realize how they make you feel, and then what we're going to do in the process is we're going to rebuild this foundation from the ground up. And you are going to see amazing, I mean this is where the magic happens. You’re going to see progress like you’ve never had before.
